Hi, Iām Kathleen. I am a relational psychotherapist providing individual and couples therapy. With 20 years of counseling experience, I am committed to working with clients walking through crisis, overwhelm, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, past or more recent trauma. I am EMDR Certified.
I know there is never just one way to approach therapeutic healing and over the years, I have integrated various therapies in my work with clients.
I work with individual clients and couples to move through challenges, encourage positive life changes, re-engage life purpose. Whether you are navigating something painful or simply ready for change, therapy is a space to meet you exactly where you are.
During the first few sessions, we will discuss our therapeutic framework and talk about how we can move forward in your therapy.
